The difference is the carton and leaflet, which are printed in a European language rather than English.

Both packs contain 100 Allergan Units of the same Allergan toxin. Choose the European package if your team does not need an English label and you want to save on each vial. Strength, lot number and expiry date are still printed on the carton and vial, so inventory tracking works the same way.

Reconstitute with sterile preservative-free saline, keep the solution refrigerated and use it within 24 hours. Allergan Units cannot be converted one-to-one to units of other botulinum toxin brands.
