1. Rule one
Each customer, whether a newcomer or the one who’s been with us for years, starts the game from the beginning (so, from the first step).
2. Rule two
The bonus system only works for the orders placed on the website after registration. If you decide to buy products via our sales representatives, the step won’t count.
3. Rule three
1 step equals 1 confirmed order that you’ve placed via website (not via the phone or email).
4. Rule four
It’s impossible to participate in multiple bonus systems, as we have two of them: Bonus on a Cloud and Wholesale (for customers who place big orders regularly). Thus, you must choose the preferable one.
5. Rule five
Discounts in the bonus system cannot be combined with current discounts on the website. Thus, you’ll have to pick one option when you check out your order. Still, the step will be counted in the tracker, and you’ll move to the next point of the bonus system. You cannot divide your bonus and use it for multiple orders.
6. Rule six
What if I didn’t use my discount from Bonus on a Cloud? Do I still have a chance to use it on my next order?) — No, each discount is connected to a certain step, so it’s impossible to use it later. You’ll move to the next step in the bonus system every time you make an order, but a special offer won’t be available later..
7. Rule seven
The game starts on the 19th of May 2025 and continues till the end of the year (we can change the date, so check out the information sometimes just to be aware of the current situation).
8. Rule eight
In some cases, FillerCloud is allowed to change the rules (for instance, technical issues, availability of the products, etc.).
9. Rule nine
After you spin the wheel and finish the game, you can still get bonuses for your orders. For every 5th order on FillerCloud, you’ll get a 5% discount. Keep in mind that this discount cannot be combined with wholesale prices, seasonal offers on the website, etc.
